Air Network Disruption

We regret to advise that due to challenges within our air network, there will be delays with overnight services between the North and South Islands.
This will affect all sectors of the Inter Island network. Our team will do everything possible to ensure the delivery of these parcels within their service standard. However, there will be situations where this is not possible.
Updates will be made as they become available.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and are working through our contingency plans.
